Renovating an upper unit and attic space can completely transform a property into a more functional and stylish living environment. Depending on the condition of the space, renovation may involve tearing down walls, replacing old flooring, laying down insulation, or updating fixtures and lighting. With careful planning and design, an unused attic can be transformed into a cozy bedroom, home office, or even a gym. By optimizing the space, homeowners can add value to their property and create an appealing space that integrates seamlessly with the rest of the house. Whether the goal is to create more space for a growing family or to enhance a home's value, a thoughtful renovation of an upper unit and attic space can be a wise investment.
For our Parker project, the upper unit was partially renovated by removing a wall dividing the dining and kitchen spaces to create an open floor plan to allow for better flow and entertaining. The cabinetry was all custom designed and fabricated.
The previously unoccupied third floor attic space was finished and transformed into a primary suite including a bedroom, bathroom, office and laundry room. The bed was custom designed by Courtney to create a one of a kind element in the space
