Some houses don’t need a full renovation in order to update their look. With architectural features that stand out and up against the test of time, it’s sometimes a matter of refreshing the elements that accentuate the structure itself.

For our Halfpenny project, the scope included layout and selection of all new furniture. This involved the removal of a large wine bar and banquette seat to allow for better use of the space for the client’s needs. A game area was created next to the newly laid out living room. A new dining table was selected which could expand to house large gatherings of friends and new light fixtures were hung throughout. All new flooring was installed in the main living area and the powder room received a refresh
